Devon is a former professional basketball player and certified sports agent who works at the intersection of sport, private capital, and ownership. Over the past seven years he has structured assets across real estate, private lending, transportation and logistics, and education, and has built the teams and systems behind each. He founded Von Sports Group to give athletes the business education and ownership opportunities the industry rarely offers them. Based in Vancouver, Washington.

Jordan works across representation and real estate. He is the founder of Green Light Enterprises and has been a top-producing agent in Idaho since 2020, recognised by the Boise Regional Realtors Association's Circle of Excellence. Before real estate he spent five years as associate head men's basketball coach at Las Positas College, helping more than twenty players transfer to four-year programmes on scholarship. He holds an MS in Exercise Science with a concentration in sports psychology and co-hosts the Get Creative podcast.

Jon leads client relationships across the group and works on the investment side of the business. He is the point of contact for the people VSG works with day to day, and is responsible for the follow-through that turns a conversation into a working relationship. Full biography to be published.

Known as DJ, Daniele is a business administrator and systems builder with expertise spanning operations, finance, and organisational development. Her background in bookkeeping, legal record management, and business formation has guided entrepreneurs through launch and growth across real estate, non-profit, and medical sectors. She has directed large-scale operations including events of ten thousand members and seven years of live production management, and brings a decade of non-profit board service in governance and compliance.

Stephen is co-founder and chief executive of Relativity Holdings, a fin-and-legal-tech company based in Clearwater, Florida. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Product Management at Bank OZK, co-leading business transformation initiatives, and as product manager for life, health, and annuities at AmeriLife. He has led or contributed to more than two hundred product, technology, and analytics projects, and holds a BSBA from the University of Florida.

Calvin builds the operational infrastructure across the group — the systems, processes, and controls that let each side of the business run without improvisation. He works across technology, compliance operations, and the documentation behind how VSG actually functions. Full biography to be published.

Coach Micheal Burt is the founder of The Greatness Factory, a network of private membership clubs and event venues built around business leadership and personal development. He works with VSG on programming for athletes moving into ownership and operating roles.

Rich is an investment and finance entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience across investment real estate, private equity, and executive leadership. He has served as founder, chief executive, or board member of more than twenty operating companies, and as managing partner or financier on over a hundred and twenty-five commercial real estate investments with asset management oversight across multiple states. He has been appointed an expert witness in circuit and federal court matters concerning investments and commercial real estate, and holds a BA from Bradley University with post-graduate executive coursework at Harvard.
